Celebrating January 8th

So I had what is commonly known as a duvet day where I did very little and ignored the nagging voice in my head to do more – after all, there are bad days and good days.  Hence celebrating the small stuff for this day such as…making dinner for myself and my family; having a shower and putting on clean clothes; beginning my TV review of the Doctor Who Christmas special even if I didn’t complete it. It was a being kind to myself day.
